Beijing Hotline & Rescue Service
The purpose of the Hotline and Rescue Service is to provide counsel and rescue services to children among Beijing's floating population.
This around-the-clock telephone hotline provides three main services:
- Listen to the needs of callers, discuss options and counsel them
- Rescue children from danger and transport them to safety
- Provide on-going support that will lead to long-term stability
