Many of our students travel from remote areas, and we faced a great need for lodging and a cafeteria to provide nutritious food. We also needed a place for visiting international teachers and interns who volunteer their time and expertise to support Golden Courage’s various programs.
We worked with multiple government bureaus and senators to obtain the funding to build a new training center.

Lii Yuhan (“A Very Cold Rain”) is an 11-year-old fifth-grader who lives with her grandparents and her mother. Her mother, a burn victim, has lost her fingers, and her face is badly disfigured.
